Goal-oriented agents in a market

We consider a market where “standard” risk-neutral agents coexist with “goal-oriented” who, in addition to the expected income, seek high-enough monetary payoff (the “trigger”) fulfill goal. analyze two-sided one-to-one matching model between principals and incentive contracts are endogenous. In any equilibrium contract, goal-oriented matched best projects receive trigger positive probability. Moreover, goal incentives complementary: stronger incentives.
